Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Elusive. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.

EXCHANGES
If you purchased an item from ElusiveCA.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on ElusiveCA.com or by calling customer service at 1.408.583.7165 or emailing cs@elusiveca.com.

RETURNS
Item(s) purchased from ElusiveCA.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment minus original shipping charge. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address:
